Who we are
The website is run by Bartosz Boratyński BTB IT, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG), NIP (tax ID) 1182048615 ("we", "us"). Contact for all privacy matters: privacy@btb-it.com.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and uses no analytics, tracking, advertising or embedded content from other services. It loads no fonts or scripts from third-party servers.
Hosting
The website is hosted by GitHub (GitHub Pages). GitHub may log technical data such as IP addresses to operate and secure the service. GitHub processes this data under its own privacy statement; transfers to the United States are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. We don't receive these logs.
Emails you send us
When you write to one of our addresses, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep messages for up to 24 months after the request is closed. Our email is hosted by OVHcloud in the European Union.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to privacy@btb-it.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
